The Client is a private Investor from Barnet who undertook a major modernisation and extension of their home to enhance their quality of life and the property’s value. The Client required solutions that combine modern, minimalist aesthetics (black profiles) with the highest technical parameters in thermal and acoustic insulation. A priority was creating a sense of seamless integration between the interior and the garden.

Large fixed and tilt-and-turn windows on all floors.

Panoramic sliding doors opening the living area onto the balcony and terrace.
