Michael installed a Schuco sliding door and a couple of windows for us that needed to be bi-colour in our new extension recently. Michael kept us informed throughout the production process and communicated with the builder to ensure the openings met with the specifications of the door. The products were delivered on time and fitted perfectly. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommended 5ec-alu Ltd. We are planning to replace all the windows in our house and Michael would be the first person we'll contact!

5ec-alu provided an amazing product for my home renovation, 6.5m of windows that have proven a great investment - the sun hitting the floor during the winter covers almost all the way to the front room and reduces the amount of time the heaters are on. The doors are so far smooth to operate, easy to keep clean and maintain.

Was looking for a Schuco bi-fold door. Michael quoted competitive prices from the beginning, and I selected him to install the door, which his team did one month from placing the deposit, as promised and on time. His installer was also called Michael, a great, funny and hard working guy. 2 months in and the doors look great, and make a big difference to retaining heat in the house. Would not hesitate to recommend 5ec-alu to anyone.

No, we try to advise each customer with all costs before starting the job. If you cannot provide us with full details, we`ll provide worst and best case scenario quotes so at least you are aware of the maximum possible costs of the job. Please note that each added job during the project will be priced extra. We try to make sure there`s no hidden or extra costs for our customers. We want to make sure that you understand the costs of all works, materials and rubbish before a job is started.
We do arrange all timings for the projects to suit our customers. We`ll try to work with as low disturbance as possible. We make a plan with you at the beginning of each job and make sure each week that we are within the time plan and within the budget.
At first we`ll provide our customers with a rough estimate. If you get back to us with an interest, we would then be happy to estimate the materials too. We`ll discuss with you which materials we are responsible for and get them ordered/ delivered to site at no extra cost.
Usually we`ll organise all building materials, timber and paints, adhesives, sealants and fixings.
Yes we have full liability insurance up to £2 million.
